It is a fact that when you want to cleanse your body internally, you do have to get rid of the waste matter and toxins that you were trying to cleanse in the first place.
The body has a number of ways of eliminating waste, as you probably know, these include sweating, your breath, your urine, and your stools/poo. When doing a colon cleanse and intestinal cleanse this waste gets eliminated in your poo. There is simply no alternative to getting rid of this waste than going to the bathroom.
To be blunt, when you do a colon cleanse, you will probably go to the bathroom more than usual. This is a small price to pay for getting rid of this old decaying waste matter. This simply means that you will go to the bathroom a few times more each day to get rid of this waste. It is highly unlikely that you will have to "rush" to the bathroom. You will have more than enough time to go and won't be caught short. Your stools should be easier to pass and you should soon feel some relief.
You have to keep in mind what it is you're trying to do. Basically, you are trying to eliminate months and even years of waste, toxins, and decayed buildup. Sometimes when you are trying to eliminate this you may feel a little tired, even feel a little nauseous, or get a mild headache.
This only happens in a small percentage of cases, but if it does occur, it should pass within a day or two. An analogy is if you drink coffee each day and then stop, you may feel queasy for a couple of days or get a mild headache. This occurs sometimes because the body is used to being in a certain way and you are now trying to to correct it and get it back to its optimum condition.
What is thought to occur is that some of these hardened toxins and decaying matter that is lodged in the skin folds, get released and a little may enter your bloodstream. Don't forget that some of these toxins and harmful substances are constantly entering your bloodstream, but at a lower level.
Doing a cleanse stirs things up a little, and you just have to go through it. For most people, you get such a good boost of energy, as your body more easily absorbs nutrients, that you don't even notice any negative effects.
As you continue with the programme, these negative things that sometimes turn on, always turn off and you will soon see the benefits of the program and be extremely glad that you have cleansed yourself and eliminated these harmful build ups. When you are trying to get rid off harmful deposits and toxins by doing a cleanse, please bear in mind the great results that you can get in just a few weeks, compared to the amount of time you have been consuming bad foods over the years.
Your body is far more advanced than a car, but in the same way that you ought to get your car serviced regularly for optimum performance, you do from time to time have to do a cleanse to get the best out of your body. Some people think a cleanse is a waste of time, but these people usually haven't done one, and also haven't taken into account the effects that the modern lifestyle and diet has upon the body.
Doing a colon and intestinal cleanse at least once a year will form a great foundation to any health program. See part one of this article to read more about what to expect when doing a colon cleanse and why -- click here
