How did I get parasites?

It is a common belief that you can only get parasites if you live in a tropical or exotic climate. Whilst undoubtedly this is a big factor, (see the paragraph on travel below), it is far from the most significant way to catch them.

Personal hygiene is probably one of the most significant factors. It is very easy for germs, bacteria, worms and parasites to find a way into the mouth through dirty finger nails, dirty hands or by touching something that is infected and then inadvertently touching your mouth or blowing your nose etc.

This can often just be a few minute eggs passing into your system and then staying inside you and completing their life cycles. This often includes laying more eggs and it can result in a more sever outbreak.

Your body can handle some infections by itself, but if it is rundown, tired, stressed or clogged up, then parasites and worms can take a firm hold.

Then you have to do something to help your body and this commonly consists of a colon cleanse and parasite cleanse combination.

Further ways you can catch parasites:

Scientists have now concluded that another one of the main sources of catching parasites is from undercooked dairy products and meats. You can also get them from your pets!

Another common way people often get parasites is when they are on holiday, One often comes across different areas, foods and water that the body isn't used to. This as well as the stresses of travel can make the body more susceptible to infection.

But they are very easy to get rid of with a combination of black walnut, wormwood and clove. And if you have pets, they can do it too!

It is also recommended that you do a colon cleanse at least once a year to keep things moving along healthily.
